The starter relay has a green case over it, if you flip that back there are 2 fuses loacted within, one is for the starter relay the other is a spare. Mxu wiring schematic covers all models produced after jan 1 2006. Provides circuit diagrams showing the circuit connections.

The new one has 2 post for the wires, the old one only had one.

Remove the small wire from the starter solenoid and connect it to terminal 85. Sometimes the starter control terminal gets corroded (in the photo) or a starter control wire gets loose or disconnected from the terminal causing the starter not to work. Cold start is usual good and hardly ever fails.
